Progress Orders opening movie

Today, Bushiroad Games and Hakama unveiled the official opening movie for Progress Orders. The video will play out right when you start up the title.

As a reminder, the game will offer the following:

Previously announced for February 20, 2025 release, Kamitsubaki Studio and Orange have announced that dark fantasy visual novel Kamitsubaki City Regenerate has been delayed on Nintendo Switch, with a new launch date of March 13. In a statement made via its Steam page, the developer cited a desire to improve the game’s quality as the reason for the delay.

Pokemon Scarlet Violet Mystery Gift codes

Mortal Kombat 1 Conan the Barbarian DLC

Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios are giving fans a look today at Conan the Barbarian in Mortal Kombat 1, the game’s next DLC character.

The character will start to go live for early access players on January 21, which applies to those that own the Khaos Reigns content. Everyone else will gain access on January 8.

Nuclear Throne physical

There’s another physical release in the works from Super Rare Games, and the company has announced that Nuclear Throne is getting the boxed treatment on Nintendo Switch.

4,000 units will be up for grabs. You’ll get a slip cover, a full-color manual, an exclusive sticker, and a trading card pack.

Nintendo Switch modded arrest Japan

The first arrest has been made in Japan for Nintendo Switch systems that were illegally modded.

Police arrested the 58 year-old man on January 15 on suspicion of violating the Trademark Act. He’s believed to have welded modified parts to the circuit board of second-hand systems purchased in March last year. The man then went on to sell them on a flea market app for 28,000 yen each.


Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma release date

January 14: Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma now has a release date. As reported by Famitsu, the game launches on May 30, 2025.

Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma was previously teased with a Project Dragon subtitle before the final name was shared last summer. Last we heard, it was planned for this spring, which Marvelous is sticking with.

Kemono Heroes physical

Tesura Games and JanduSoft have announced a new partnership involving a physical release of Kemono Heroes on Nintendo Switch. It will be available in Q1 2025.

The physical release will be sold standalone and as part of a collector’s edition. With the latter version, you’ll get a special box, Kodama reversible keychain, original soundtrack CD, and a 100-page full color art book.
